What to avoid when you have stomach burns?

If you have inflammation in your stomach, you should favor digestive aliments.

In the other hand, avoid the following ingredients:

 

peppers

tomatoes

eggplant

 

and of course:

 

alcohol

sugar

meat 

eggs

milk (cow)

butter 

cheese

bread

cookies

boxed cereals

cream sauce

vegetable oils: corn and sunflower, cottonseed, safflower and grape seed

etc.
